The Little Tree their home base to explore Northern New Mexico and stay 4 to 5 nights to fully absorb what Taos has to offer. Returning guests generally stay longer.Taos has over 70 art galleries, 7 museums, numerous shops as well as a World Cultural Heritage Site, Taos Pueblo. Being surrounded by millions of acres of state and national forest, there are countless outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, white-water rafting and kayaking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and llama trekking. In winter add downhill and cross-country skiing, show shoeing and snow mobile adventuring.
